I've worked at Epic, a major healthcare software company, for over 17 years now in the Technical Services field. We have one of the most widely-used Electronic Medical Record systems in the world, covering over 50% of the patients in the United States while also in Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
For most of my time in Madison, I've attended High Point Church, a non-denominational evangelical church on the west side of Madison. In 2011, I showed my commitment to the church by becoming a member. I'm currently active in the children's ministry within the church, and I also organize a small group that meets in my house weekly throughout the school year.
In the writing community, I joined the American Christian Fiction Writers in 2014. I’m also involved with a faith-based speculative fiction authors group known as Realm Makers and attended my first Realm Makers conference in 2015. I'm looking to become more active in these groups as I continue my writing career. Keep a look out for me at future conferences put on by both of these organizations!
